Printing Services

Printing consists of three basic elements that are required to produce and manufacture a product, namely, “Pre-Press”, that is the design of the product, “Press” that is the printing of the product and “Post Press” that is the finishing of the product.

Design & PrePress

To be able to print and produce a quality product, the entire process starts with a good design. Our design department is well equipped with qualified and artistic designers with a flair for finishing touches. They can assist with creative guidance, proposals and layout of your respective work piece. We stay up to date with our design systems to ensure that we are able to cater for our clients’ requirements, with optimal customer satisfaction.

How to provide your artwork

  • Logos/Artwork content: All logos to be supplied in high resolution 300dpi, using PDF, Corel, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign. Word documents will still need to be converted by us.

  • No Publisher files accepted.

  • Fonts: To be supplied or text converted to paths, curves or outlines.

  • Corporate colours: Please state exact pantone colours or, if standard, full colour, please supply a colour sample if possible.

  • Proofs: Proofs will be sent to you for approval before any printing is done.

Litho & Digital Printing

Digital Print

With our high quality digital presses, we are able to service all our clients’requirements with quick colour and black and white copies, business cards, pamphlets, forms, booklets, menus, and even calendars, to mention a few. This service is available up to A3 size.

Litho Print

Conventional printing, done unconventionally well, for larger print runs, e.g. Annual Reports, News Letters, Magazines, Coffee table books, to mention a few. The accuracy and speed is met with our multi-colour A2 Heidelberg Press. Each sheet is automatically registered and the colour is fully electronically optimised with computer controlled ink-duck settings. The latest addition is our Computer To Plate (CTP) facility. This puts us on “par” and in line with the best international standards with an ultra-fine screen ruling, which ensures high quality images with outstanding colour.

To compliment the multi-colour A2 Heidelberg, we also have the luxury of an A2 one colour Heidelberg Kord, utilised for black and white printing and spot colour printing. We also have an A3 one colour Heidelberg GTO machine, that we mainly utilise for the printing of NCR books, in which we also specialise.

To enrich our services to our client, we provide a wide in - house range of finishing processes to cater for all the respective needs. This ensures that we offer a one stop facility for all our clients' requirements.

Our finishing range includes, UV-varnish, laminating, folding, saddle stitching, quarter binding, case binding, padding, scoring, numbering, die-cutting, foiling, drilling and round cornering, to mention a few of our finishing services.

Our quality control and dispatch department also ensures high quality packaging, with a delivery service all over Mpumalanga and areas where need be.
